Chad began his career as a Paramedic and has since held several leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Director of Field Operations with Mercy Health Life Flight Network in Toledo, Ohio. Prior to that Chad was the Executive Director for Lima Allen County Paramedics and the Operations Manager for ProMedica.

He has a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and has extensive experience in ground EMS systems as well as air medical.
