What has become clearer than ever before in today’s rapidly evolving police environment is that traditional policing models are being questioned and challenged. In many instances, police agencies become quickly reflexive and do so without the requisite research, employee buy-in and systematic approach that would ensure success, just to stay ahead of a growing and seemingly unstable political environment.

This one-of-a-kind program presents the latest management and leadership practices used by emergency service providers around the world. It has proven to be successful for business leaders and students in implementing effective changes in today’s communication center.
Beyond the Street (BTS) Workshop
Beyond the Street shows new supervisors how to think and act like leaders. Participants master essential management skills, from working effectively with different generations in the workforce and handling conflict to building trust with peers, bosses and other agencies.
Client-specific training programs for executives, chief officers, middle managers and caregivers are tailored to address often-neglected areas of leadership development, imparting both the latest management knowledge and proven best practices. Specialty onsite topics include implementation of Just Culture, Customer Service and Safety Management Systems. We also offer individual executive assessment and coaching.
