Tom Little is a veteran field medic and leader in emergency medical services (EMS). He has served in significant leadership roles across the Midwest serving as director of multiple EMS system models, organizational structures and agency affiliations.

Mr. Little previously owned Medevac MidAmerica (operating in Topeka, KS and Independence, MO), where he oversaw all aspects of the organization including the effort when Medevac was acquired by American Medical Response. His expertise includes field concepts, practices and procedures; development of standards and guidelines; budget management; strategic planning and implementation; and public affairs.

Mr. Little has worked with Fitch & Associates and its MedServ affiliate in a number of operational assessments and has served as an interim EMS Director for multiple clients.
